Mail your tapes or DVD with an explanation of what type of conversion is required.
Specify the type of tape (VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, ,8mm Hi8, Digital 8,Mini DV,DVD, &
Beta Max) and color system (Pal/Secam for overseas and NTSC for USA) you want your
original transferred to. Remember to send a check/MO payable to Audio Video Electronics
& Appliances. Inc along with your order form.

and will try to ensure your cassettes or DVD safety in everyway possible way. However
,we will not be liable for any loss or damage of videos. In case any video is lost
or damaged, we will only be liable for the cost of a blank video cassette or DVD.
Customer is fully responsible for obtaining releases when
required for sale and distribution. Handling, processing and packaging is without
warranty or liability, even though defects, damage or loss by negligence or other
fault may occur, furthermore, Customer agree to hold harmless and indemnify Audio
Video Electronics inc. for any and all liability and/or claim arising from this
transaction. If customer is paying by credit card, he/she authorizes Audio Video
Electronics and appliances inc. to charge for the total costs associated with this
order including shipping/handling and any applicable taxes. I also understand that
Tape and DVD transfers are not refundable because of incompatibility.
